The roasted seeds are processed into granules much like coffee for steeping/brewing that make a robust brew with notes of chocolate and earth. It can also be made into a fine powder for instant beverages or use in baking and cooking.
Steep the ojoche like tea for 5-10 minutes in a french press, then fix it up just like you would your coffee - black, or with creamer and sweetener
