Returns and Exchanges
Unfortunately, due to the small nature of our business we cannot accept returns or exchanges at this time. All sales are final. Please read product descriptions before purchasing, and if you have any questions don't hesitate to reach out! We can be reached at email@example.com.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Note: If you need orders to be processes sooner than this, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Shipping Rates and Estimates
We ship nationwide! Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot ship internationally at this time.
If you are local, you can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup by scheduling a pickup with us at our location in Brattleboro, VT. Ojoche Tostado is also available at some retail locations in the New England area. For a complete list of our retail stores, check out our retail locations here. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
